A number of top Indian actors have come out with strong support and admiration for the Indian Armed Forces after Operation Sindoor, India's decisive military action against the Pahalgam terror attack. Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, Vikrant Massey, and Kangana Ranaut were among a long list of celebrities paying homage to the courage and bravery of the soldiers guarding the country.
Ranveer Singh went to Instagram stories, showering appreciation on the armed forces and complimenting the decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the operation. He posted, "Raah chalte toh hum chodte nahi, lekin agar koi chede toh hum chodte nahi. Salute to the bravery of our armed forces and the decisiveness of our respectable PM Modi."
Vikrant Massey posted a simple yet effective tribute by uploading a photo of the Indian Navy station with the caption "Jai Hind," expressing his respect for all armed forces.
BJP MP Kangana Ranaut, too, posted on her Instagram story showing the recent successful neutralization of a Pakistani drone over Jammu. She called people to "Stay Strong Jammu" and showed pride in the Indian Air Defence's capability.
These actors are part of a broad list of celebrities from all over India's film industries who have publicly endorsed the armed forces. Akkineni Nagarjuna hailed the soldiers, sailors, and air warriors as "our heroes" who never blink in the face of adversity. Riteish Deshmukh and his wife Genelia D'Souza offered sincere gratitude and prayers for the troops.
Other prominent personalities such as Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Mammootty, Mohanlal, and Karan Johar also came forward with their endorsement, stressing the unity and pride of the nation.
The public appeals by the celebrities mirror sentiments in general rallying in support of the armed forces as tensions between India and Pakistan continue.
Their appeals highlight national solidarity and respect for the military's quick and well-calculated reaction under Operation Sindoor that struck terror camps for the Pahalgam massacre.
