YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia has taken down an Instagram post addressed to “Pakistani brothers and sisters” after facing strong criticism. The podcast host, also known online as BeerBiceps, had shared the post on Saturday in which he said sorry to Pakistanis if they felt that Indians were spreading hate.

Shared on his Instagram handle @beerbiceps, the post had several slides of text where Ranveer Allahbadia pointed out three pieces of proof about Pakistan's role in the Pahalgam terror attack. He then blamed the news channels of both countries for spreading hate and wrong information.
**The Post That Created Controversy**
Allahbadia said at the start of the post that he expected hate from Indians for it, but felt it was important to share anyway. Here is the full text of his now-deleted post:
“Dear Pakistani Brothers & Sisters, I will get hate from many Indians for this, but it needs to be said. Just like many Indians, I don’t have hate in my heart for you. Many of us want peace too.
“Whenever we meet Pakistanis, you always welcome us with kindness. But… your country is not run by a government. It is controlled by your army and your secret agency (The ISI). The average Pakistani is VERY different from these two groups. The average Pakistani dreams of peace & growth. These two groups have harmed your country’s economy since the beginning. They have also often caused terror attacks in India. Proofs in the next slide:
**Proof 1:** All terrorists that have been caught over the years are originally from Pakistan.
**Proof 2:** Your army leaders went to the state funeral of Hafiz Abdur Rauf, brother of the Jaish-E-Mohammed head.
**Proof 3:** Your defense minister Khawaja Asif recently agreed to state-supported terrorism on Sky News. But I care about YOU, not them. That’s why…
“From the heart, sorry if it feels like we are spreading hate. Indians who have met Pakistanis, UNDERSTAND you. But both Indian and Pakistani news channels are now spreading lies.
“Most of our people want peace for the innocent ones near the border. But India also wants to stop Pakistan Army and ISI’s support for terrorism. One last thing... This is not: Indian People vs Pakistani People. This is: India vs Pakistani Army & ISI. Hope peace wins in the long run, Inshallah,” he ended.
**Post Removed After Criticism**
The post led to a lot of anger on social media. Though it has now been removed, screenshots are still being shared online.
People blamed the podcast host for showing ‘support’ towards Pakistan and said his words were disrespectful to Indian soldiers.
One X user wrote, “His silly and careless behavior is not okay. He should remember that his opinions are not always needed. Officials should check into him and other Mumbai stars.”
Another user said, “Shameful. Ranveer Allahbadia aka Beer Biceps openly supports Pakistanis — then quietly removes his post after criticism. This is what happens when we wrongly praise influencers and make them famous.”
