At a wedding like one in Delhi, a DJ song selection marred the celebrations. The bridegroom listened to the sentimental song "Channa Mereya" by Arijit Singh, which reminded him of his previous love and left him dazed. He thus called off the wedding, and the baraat came back without the bride.

A viral social media update explained the event, reporting that the DJ had spun "Channa Mereya" in celebration. The song, a tear-jerking hit from Bollywood movie "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil," brought the groom to tears and reminded him of his previous relationship. The sudden urge was then used to cancel the wedding and escape with the baraat.
