Bomb Scare Hits Delhi Schools Again

In a troubling repeat of last week’s incident, four prestigious Delhi schools received bomb threat emails early this morning. The schools, located in the heart of the capital, were immediately evacuated, triggering chaos among parents and students. The Delhi Police’s bomb squad rushed to the scenes, and searches were conducted, ultimately declaring the threats to be hoaxes.

Parents expressed frustration over the recurrent threats, questioning the security measures in place. “This is the second time in a week. How can we feel safe sending our children to school?” asked a concerned mother outside one of the affected institutions.

Authorities suspect the same group or individual may be behind these emails, aiming to disrupt academic activities. Cybercrime units are investigating the source of the emails, and police officials have assured stricter vigilance around school premises.

Education experts warn that repeated bomb threats can have a long-term psychological impact on students. “Even if these are hoaxes, the fear and disruption caused are real,” noted a child psychologist.

Meanwhile, school authorities are calling for immediate action to safeguard educational spaces. “The safety of our students is our priority, but this situation is beyond our control. We need stronger collaboration with law enforcement,” stated a school principal.

The incident has sparked debate over the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures and school safety protocols in India’s capital. With no arrests made yet, Delhiites remain anxious, demanding a resolution before another such threat disrupts the city’s peace.
