Dry Skies Ahead Till November 29

In a recent forecast, the Meteorological Department announced that the weather across the country is expected to remain dry and clear until November 29. This development brings relief to regions still reeling from unpredictable rains over the past few weeks. The consistent pattern signals a smooth transition toward winter, with temperatures likely to drop gradually.

Experts have pointed out that this dry spell is crucial for winter crop harvests in northern and central India. Farmers, who were worried about excessive moisture potentially damaging crops, can now breathe easy. “Stable weather is critical during this period. Any deviation could have caused setbacks to crop health and productivity,” explained a senior meteorologist.

Urban dwellers, too, have welcomed the dry weather forecast. Many cities across India have been grappling with sudden downpours and waterlogging, disrupting daily lives. Commuters and businesses alike are optimistic about smoother operations in the coming weeks.

However, environmentalists have raised concerns about declining air quality in urban areas during this period of dry weather. Without rain to clear pollutants, cities like Delhi and Kolkata might face a significant surge in smog levels. Citizens are urged to take precautions and follow pollution control measures to mitigate health risks.

While the current forecast paints an optimistic picture, the Meteorological Department advises keeping an eye on any sudden changes, particularly in regions prone to unexpected weather patterns. For now, it seems the country can enjoy a few weeks of stable and pleasant weather.
