Losing weight can often feel overwhelming with endless diets and workout trends, but German fitness coach Kev has shared a straightforward plan to drop 22 kg in just three months. Posting on X, Kev outlined a daily routine he calls “bulletproof,” emphasizing consistency over motivation.

His approach begins with cutting out alcohol completely, explaining that even small amounts can stall fat loss by adding empty calories and slowing metabolism. Next, Kev recommends working out first thing in the morning, claiming early exercise helps make healthier choices throughout the day.

Strength training is at the core of his routine. Kev suggests lifting weights three to four times a week, noting that cardio alone isn’t enough to change body composition. Protein intake is equally important. He advises high-protein meals, aiming for 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, to preserve muscle while burning fat.

Sleep quality is another key component. According to Kev, proper rest improves energy, mood, and discipline, all of which support more effective workouts and fat loss. For flexibility, he encourages having healthy options wherever you go, including restaurants and fast-food outlets, so diet plans don’t feel restrictive.

Finally, Kev recommends using a walking pad while working to hit 10,000 steps daily without extra effort.

Kev concludes simply: “None of this is too difficult, right? You just need to do it.” His routine proves that consistent, smart habits rather than extreme measures can lead to impressive results.

This plan has already caught attention for its clear structure, making it accessible for anyone looking to transform their body over the next three months.
