Kulgam, May 13:Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan (IAS), today conducted a comprehensive visit to Ghulam Mustafa Nazim Memorial Hospital in Kilam to review the healthcare infrastructure and ensure staff availability.
During the visit, the DC inspected various sections of the hospital, assessing the availability of essential services, medical equipment, and manpower. He engaged with both medical staff and patients to gain firsthand feedback on the quality of healthcare services being provided.
DC Khan emphasized the importance of delivering timely and efficient medical care and assured that the administration will take necessary steps to address any gaps in infrastructure or service delivery. He also stressed maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the hospital premises.
In his directives to hospital authorities, the DC called for round-the-clock healthcare services and urged for enhanced coordination among staff to improve patient care.
The DC was accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner Viqar Ahmad Giri, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Riyaz Ahmad Shah, Tehsildar, Chief Medical Officer Dr.Shaukat Ahmad Parray, Chief Education Officer, and other officials from the district administration.
