KULGAM, JUNE 25:Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan (IAS), today visited the revered shrine of Hazrat Sheikh Noor-ud-Din Wali (RA) at Chimmer, where he paid obeisance and took stock of the facilities available for devotees.
During the visit, the DC interacted with the shrine management committee members and local residents to understand their concerns and assess developmental needs in the area. He laid special emphasis on maintaining proper cleanliness, sanitation, and ensuring essential amenities for the comfort of pilgrims and visitors.
The DC was accompanied by Additional Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Kulgam, Riyaz Ahmad Shah, Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Bilal Ahmad Kamgar, Tehsildar DH Pora, Executive Engineer R&B, and other senior officers from district administration.
