District Administration Kulgam Bids Warm Farewell to Outgoing CPO Zahid Sajjad

Kulgam, July 19: The District Administration Kulgam on Friday organized a warm farewell function in honour of Chief Planning Officer (CPO) Zahid Sajjad, who has been transferred from the district.

The event was attended by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan (IAS), ACR, senior district officers, and officials from various departments.

While addressing the gathering, DC Athar Aamir Khan lauded the contributions of the outgoing officer, stating, “Zahid Sajjad served the district with remarkable zeal and sincerity. He not only fulfilled his departmental responsibilities diligently but also excelled in the additional assignments entrusted to him by the district administration, especially during the 2024 Parliamentary and J&K Assembly elections.”

The DC appreciated the officer’s commitment to timely execution of tasks and acknowledged that his dedication and professionalism will be deeply missed in the district. He extended his best wishes to Zahid Sajjad for his future endeavours on behalf of the entire district administration.

All officers present on the occasion also conveyed their heartfelt wishes to the outgoing CPO.

In his farewell address, Zahid Sajjad expressed his gratitude to the district administration for their constant support and cooperation during his tenure. He also thanked the people of Kulgam for their warmth, love, and affection.
