Gujarat Man Found Dead Under Mysterious Circumstances at Pahalgam Bus Stand

Anantnag, July 14: A 50-year-old man from Gujarat was found dead under mysterious circumstances at the Pahalgam bus stand in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday morning, officials said.

According to a police official, the deceased has been identified as Nag Raj, a resident of Baw Nagar, Gujarat. His body was discovered near the bus stand in the early hours of the day.

The cause of death remains unclear, and police have launched an inquest under relevant legal provisions. The body has been shifted for medico-legal formalities.

Authorities said investigations are ongoing to determine the exact circumstances leading to his death.
