Kulgam Police Conducts Searches Across District in Connection with Investigation of Proscribed Organisations

KULGAM, JUNE 26:In a sustained crackdown on unlawful activities, Kulgam Police on Wednesday carried out extensive searches at multiple locations across the district in connection with an ongoing investigation into proscribed organisations.

The operation was conducted on the directions of SSP Kulgam, IPS Sahil Sarangal, and DySP Headquarters, Nisar Khan. The searches were carried out under the close supervision of SHO Kulgam, Neeraj Badyal.

The police teams searched the houses and premises of several individuals suspected to have links with banned outfits. The operation aimed to dismantle terror networks, unearth vital leads, and disrupt support structures aiding anti-national elements.

These coordinated efforts underscore the police’s unwavering commitment to uproot the terror ecosystem and thwart any attempts to disturb peace and public order in the district.

Kulgam Police reaffirmed its dedication to ensuring the safety and security of the citizens and stated that firm action will continue against anyone found involved in unlawful or anti-national activities.
