Kulgam, May 17: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday organized a vibrant 'Tiranga Yatra' in Kulgam to honour the Indian Armed Forces for the successful completion of Operation Sindoor. The rally, held as part of a nationwide campaign, was aimed at celebrating the bravery of soldiers and raising awareness about the operation's significance.
The 'Tiranga Rally' commenced from Old Snowscape and culminated at the Clock Tower (Ganta Ghar) in Kulgam, drawing enthusiastic participation from party workers, local supporters, and members of the community. The rally was led by prominent BJP leaders and showcased a strong wave of patriotism as participants marched through the streets holding the national flag.
Speaking on the occasion, BJP leaders highlighted the importance of recognizing the dedication and sacrifices of the armed forces. They noted that Operation Sindoor marked a major achievement in safeguarding national interests and maintaining peace and security.
