Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Tuesday that while New India is advancing its traditional values and reviving the tradition of science and research along with faith, it is also essential for the country to touch its cultural excellence and stand proudly with its identity in order to achieve the heights of success.

The Prime Minister stated during a public event that India has remained immortal for thousands of years because of its spiritual confidence after dedicating Phase I of the Mahakaal Lok Project to the nation and performing pooja and aarti in the inner sanctum of the Mahakaal temple at Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh.

Only when a nation's success is flying high on the global stage can its cultural splendour be so vast. Additionally, for the country to succeed, it must embrace its cultural greatness and stand proudly with its identity, PM said

The modern India is advancing with its traditional values while also reviving the tradition of science, research, and faith. In the realm of astronomy, we can now compete with the world's superpowers, he added.

The Prime Minister mentioned that today, in addition to launching its own satellites into space (such as Chandrayaan and Gaganyaan), India is also launching satellites from other nations.

According to him, India is prepared to make that soaring jump. India is making a strong effort to become self-reliant in the area of defence. The youth of India are exhibiting their talent on the global arena in a variety of fields, including entrepreneurship and sports. Renovation will occur where there is creativity, he added.

The Prime Minister added, in reference to the losses incurred during the period of slavery, "India is reclaiming its glory by renovating the places of its pride, honour, and legacy."

According to PM Modi, India's cultural philosophy is once again ascending to the top and preparing to lead the globe.

The Prime Minister mentioned past invaders like Iltutmish who made an effort to destroy Ujjain's energy.

PM Modi also mentioned previous attempts to take advantage of India.

The Prime Minister clarified what religion meant for India by saying that "it is a collective determination of our duties."

Speaking of spirituality and education, the prime minister emphasised that sites like Ujjain have served as astronomy research hubs and that spiritual centers like Kashi have served as the capital of knowledge, philosophy, and art in addition to religion.
