Bikaner, Rajasthan May 22 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday firmly ruled out any dialogue or trade relations with Pakistan, asserting that if discussions do occur, they will only concern Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

Addressing a public rally in Deshnoke, Bikaner, the Prime Minister said, “There will be neither trade nor talks with Pakistan. If there are talks, they will be on PoK.”

Modi’s comments come in the wake of a recent terror attack in Pahalgam, where assailants reportedly questioned the religion of tourists before opening fire.

“The bullets were fired in Pahalgam, but the pain was felt by all 140 crore Indians,” he said. “Our citizens resolved that the terrorists must be punished — and our forces acted swiftly to fulfill that resolve.”

Referring to “Operation Sindoor,” Modi highlighted India’s aggressive counter-terror strategy, revealing that nine terror hideouts were destroyed in a 22-minute operation. He outlined three guiding principles: a swift and decisive response to any terror act on Indian soil; refusal to be intimidated by nuclear threats; and zero distinction between terrorist outfits and the states that shelter them.

“Those who tried to erase the sindoor have now been buried in the ground,” Modi declared. “Their weapons lie in ruins, and their pride has turned to dust. I carry not blood, but sindoor in my veins.”

He further highlighted about Development Projects that is Announced in Rajasthan

Ahead of the rally, the Prime Minister offered prayers at the Karni Mata Temple and inaugurated the redeveloped Deshnok railway station, designed to reflect the temple’s architecture. He also flagged off the new Bikaner-Mumbai Express and laid the foundation stone for the 58-km Churu–Sadulpur rail line.

“Today, projects worth Rs 26,000 crore are being launched. Under our government, infrastructure spending is now six times higher than before,” Modi stated, referring to the broader 'Viksit Bharat' mission.

He also dedicated electrification projects in several rail sections and virtually inaugurated 103 redeveloped railway stations across 18 states under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme.
