Pakistan contacted us in desperation: PM Modi:-

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that Operation Sindoor launched by the Indian Armed Forces is not just a name but a powerful symbol of the nation’s collective emotions and resilience. Addressing the nation this eveing, the Prime Minister saluted the armed forces, the military, the intelligence agencies and the scientists. The Prime Minister said that Pakistan approached Indian DGMO after unsuccessfully pleading to the world for help. He said by then India had destroyed the terror infrastructure on a massive scale as India turned the terror hubs into Pakistan into caves.


So when Pakistan assured us that there would be no terror or armed misadventure, India considered their plea. Mr Modi stressed that India would continue to measure Pakistan’s actions with its assurances with Army, Navy, and Air Force on alert as the operation is at only suspended state. He said, operation Sindoor is the new normal for our response to terror. He said India will respond to terror, It will not tolerate nuclear blackmail, India will hit at targets used for the terro and It will not see terror heads and their supporters separately.


He dedicated the valour, bravery, courage of armed forces under the Operation to every mother, sister and daughter of the country. Hitting out at Pakistan, Mr Modi said terror incidents anywhere can be traced back to Pakistan’s terror hubs like Bahawalpur and Muridke.
