Pariksha Pe Charcha: PM Modi to interact with students; Sadhguru, Mary Kom, Deepika to join

The eighth edition of ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ (PPC) is back with a bigger and better format featuring many experts and guests along with PM Narendra Modi.


To promote stress free and holistic education the session will be broadcast at 11 am on 10th February. Topics will include exam related challenges, mental health, career choices and effective use of technology.


This year the program will have a star studded lineup including Sadhguru, Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey, Bhumi Pednekar, Mary Kom, Avani Lekhara, Suhas Yathiraj, Rujuta Diwekar, Radhika Gupta, Technical Guruji and many more.


They will give students ideas on how to handle exam stress, stay focused, and achieve academic success.


PPC 2025 will have 8 episodes, making it the biggest edition yet. The program started with an online multiple choice question (MCQ) competition from December 14, 2024 to January 14, 2025.


Open to students from classes 6 to 12 along with teachers and parents, the competition allowed participants to submit questions, some of which will be answered by the PM himself. Selected winners will get to interact with him.


Sadhguru will speak on reducing exam stress through meditation and inner peace, Radhika Gupta and Technical Guruji will talk about responsible use of technology and Artificial Intelligence as study aids.


Mary Kom, Avani Lekhara and Suhas Yathiraj will highlight the importance of sports in daily life to manage academic pressure.


Deepika Padukone will talk about mental health, breaking stigmas and building resilience, while Vikrant Massey and Bhumi Pednekar will talk about creative learning.


Rujuta Diwekar along with Sonali Sabharwal and Revant Himatsingka of FoodPharmer fame will talk about the role of nutrition in enhancing cognitive function & overall well being.


Toppers from various competitive exams will also share their personal journeys and strategies for academic excellence. The discussions will focus on exam stress and career related issues and will encourage students to approach education with confidence not anxiety.


As a build up to the main event, the PM recently had a 30-40 students at Sundar Nursery in Delhi.


The main event will be held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi on 10th February where 2500 students will participate in person. These students will get PPC kit from Ministry of Education to enhance their learning experience.


Top 10 ‘Legendary Exam Warriors’ will get an exclusive visit to the PM’s residence, a once in a lifetime opportunity.


Since 2018 PPC has been an annual feature of the PM’s vision for stress free education. Inspired by his book ‘Exam Warriors’ the initiative encourages students to approach exams with a positive mindset.


PPC has seen a lot of evolution over the years, in terms of newer technologies and the interactive elements.


The eighth edition has already marked a new benchmark in record participation with an all-time high of 3.6 crore registrations that include 3.3 crore students, 2.7 lakh teachers, and 5.5 lakh parents.


With its enhanced format and stellar panel of experts, PPC 2025 will be a transforming experience for the students all across the country.
