Massive infrastructure push across Bhuj, Dahod and Gandhinagar
Prime Minister Narendra Modi kicked off a two-day visit to Gujarat with roadshows and the launch of development initiatives worth over ₹82,950 crore. His visit follows Operation Sindoor, a cross-border military action.
In Bhuj, PM Modi unveiled many projects worth ₹53,414 crore, including enhancements to Kandla Port, solar energy expansions, and key rail upgrades.
In Dahod, he also inaugurated a ₹21,405 crore locomotive manufacturing facility and launched infrastructure schemes worth ₹24,000 crore.
On upcoming Tuesday, Modi will also inaugurate a 1,800-bed medical facility and distribute funds for urban infrastructure across multiple municipalities.
