PM Modi to Distribute Over 51,000 Appointment Letters Under Rozgar Mela on July 12

New Delhi: In a push for large-scale job creation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hand out more than 51,000 appointment letters to newly hired young people in various central government departments and organizations on Friday, July 12. The ceremony will be held online at 11:00 AM, and the Prime Minister will also speak to the appointees.

This initiative is part of the ongoing Rozgar Mela, a national employment campaign aimed at providing meaningful job opportunities to young Indians and enabling them to contribute to nation-building. Government data shows that over 10 lakh appointment letters have already been given out across the country in earlier editions of the Rozgar Mela.

The 16th edition of the Rozgar Mela will take place at 47 locations across India. Recruitment is happening in several ministries and departments of the central government, including the Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Posts, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Department of Financial Services, and the Ministry of Labour & Employment, among others.
