Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has asked Russian President Vladimir Putin for help in resolving the ongoing conflict with India. This request was delivered through Shehbaz’s special aide, Syed Tariq Fatemi, who handed a letter to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a meeting in Moscow. Fatemi emphasized that Pakistan is open to any diplomatic efforts, from any country or international body, to ease tensions with India and is ready to negotiate peacefully. He highlighted that Pakistan has also engaged with the US and EU on this issue. The India-Pakistan conflict was also discussed in a recent call between US President Trump and Putin
